Ruth M. Bradford:
91, of Bancroft, died Thursday, May 12, 2011 at her home with her family by her side. She was under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care Hospice. She was born August 2, 1919 in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Daughter of the late Abner & Mabel (Goodnow) Craigue.
Her marriage to Donald Bradford took place on December 25, 1941 in Leominster, MA. Her husband died on August 8, 2007.
Ruth was very active at her church. She was involved in various committees, including the Altar Committee. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and loved all animals.
Survivors include her son, Doug (Barbara Saddison) Bradford of Bancroft. Grandchildren, Alan (Kristin) Bradford, Elizabeth Bradford, Shane Saddison-Bradford and Nita Saddison-Bradford. Great-Grandson, Carson Bradford.
Preceded in death by 1 daughter, Margaret "Peg" Bradford and 5 brothers.
A memorial service for Ruth will be planned at a later date with services at the Bancroft Baptist Church in Bancroft. Burial will take place at a later date in Shirley, MA.
