Sharon Lee Nieman

Sharon Lee Nieman (Slack) passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.

Sharon was born on March 8, 1942 to the late Keith W. Slack and Genevieve (Mary) Slack.  She was the oldest of ten children.  Sharon worked at Firkus and Nieman acres where she met her husband Deo Nieman.  Sharon and Deo were married on March 16, 1969 in Mexico.  After her marriage Sharon became a homemaker for much of her life.  Sharon enjoyed traveling with her husband as well as countless boat rides on the Wisconsin River.  Sharon loved to socialize with friends and family.

She is survived by her 2 sons Kenn (Terry) Smith of Bourbonnais Il, Tim (Judy) Mielke of Stevens Point.  She is also survived by 2 daughters Diana (Pat) Barlow of Stevens Point, and Amp (Pat) Lisowski of Alma.  She is also survived by 12 wonderful grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters.  Along with 6 sisters Barbara, Patricia, Deborah, Judy, Bonnie, Colleen and one Brother Allen Lawrence.

She is preceded in death by her husband Deo Nieman, one son Larry Mielke, and two brothers Keith and Warren (Skipper) Slack.
