Sylvester "Syl" J. Pavlowski:
Of Stevens Point, died Saturday afternoon, June 15, 2013 at his home.
Age 84, Sylvester was born December 22, 1928 in the Town of Carson. He was the son of the late John and Martha (Kubowski)
Pawlowski.
Syl owned and operated Wisconsin Engine Parts for over thirty years, until his retirement in 1993.
He enjoyed gardening, going to auctions and his special companionships with his dogs.
Survivors include one daughter, Cindy Pavlowski of St. Paul, MN, and one son: Karl (Michelle) Pavlowski of Green Bay, WI. One grandson, William Pavlowski of Green Bay.
Further survived by his three sisters: Helen Marchel of the Town of Eau Pleine, Theresa Jazdzewski of Stevens Point and Betty Paulson of Oklahoma.
Syl enjoyed visiting Texas with his friend, Lolly Tlachac. Marcy, Syl's miniature Pincher dog, was his best friend.
Sylvester was preceded in death by twin sons, and one granddaughter, two brothers and one sister.
Funeral Mass will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. Rev. Dennis Stanchik officiating. Burial will be in the St. Bartholomew Parish Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the church until the time for mass. The Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
