Veronica M. Basinski
Of Plover died Thursday morning, December 18, 2014 at Ministry- St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
Veronica was born November 3, 1929 in Rosholt, WI. She was the daughter of the late August and Martha (Berna) Kruzicki. She attended local grade schools and graduated from Rosholt High School in 1948.
After graduation she was employed in Milwaukee at Wisconsin Bell Telephone and later the A. C. Spark Division of General Motors til her marriage to Lawrence Basinski.
They moved to the Plover area in 1959. Together Lawrence and her owned and operated Plover Body Shop where she was the bookkeeper for her husband for over 30 years retiring together in 1996.
In lieu of flowers a memorial in Veronica's name will be established at a later date.
Survivors include her husband Lawrence, one daughter Brenda (Patrick) Suplicki and their daughters Tara and Patrice Suplicki.
Her three sons; Larry (Kathy) Basinski and their son Dana, Alan Basinski and his daughters Kristen and Melissa and David Basinski with his son Eric and two daughters Michelle and Anna.
Further survived by three brothers; Rodger (Judy) Kruzicki, John (Nancy) Kruzicki and Tony (Barb) Kruzicki all of Rosholt, and one Sister-in-Law Beatrice Kruzicki of Arizona.
Veronica was preceded in death by one daughter in law Jennifer Basinski, one brother Donald Kruzicki, one sister Lorraine Simonis and a niece Lori Sommers.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 A.M. Tuesday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church. Rev. Clayton Elmhorst officiating. Burial will be in the St. Bronislava Parish Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday December 22, 2014 at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home in Plover and from 9:30 A.M.
